The most targeted, efficient way to research arbitration award histories. This database-driven search tool allows you direct access to SAC's powerful database, in which each award has been coded by up to 60 different fields. SCAN Plus quickly performs your search and returns an Award Summary Report (ASR) that allows you to quickly review the pertinent facts of each case without having to read through the awards themselves. From the ASR, you can simply click a button to access an actual copy of any award returned by your query.

SCAN Premier™

Allows you to perform a simple keyword (full-text) search of all awards in the SCAN Library and receive an immediate list of awards that contain that keyword. Search within a chosen year, several years, or the entire library and receive a list of awards that can be sorted by relevance or date. The system will return a list of matches with award abstracts and docket number hyperlinks that let you view an actual copy of the awards simply by clicking on the link.
